Submit your requirements via the contact form or email at info@berenex.com. Include the product you need, quantity in metric tonnes, destination port, and your preferred incoterms. The more detail you provide, the faster and more precise our response will be. We handle inquiries for single products and multi-product consolidated shipments.
We respond within 24 hours with full product specifications, current pricing, and availability confirmation. Our quotations include the chemical analysis summary, applicable incoterm pricing (FOB Port Said or CIF your destination), and estimated lead time. No hidden charges — the price in the quotation is the price in the contract.
Full laboratory certificates from TÜV Austria Egypt and EGMIN are provided immediately upon request — no waiting for new tests. These cover all chemical parameters tested under ASTM C471M and ASTM E726/06 methods. Physical samples can be coordinated on request, subject to availability and shipping logistics to your country.
A formal sales contract is issued covering product specification, quantity, price, delivery terms, and payment conditions. We accept payment via Letter of Credit (LC) — our preferred method for new trading relationships — or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) for established buyers. Incoterms offered: FOB Port Said or CIF to your destination port.
Once payment terms are confirmed and the vessel is booked, we manage the full export process. A complete documentation package is prepared and transmitted electronically and by courier as required. All documents are issued in English and comply with international trading standards. We notify you at every stage — vessel loading, bill of lading issuance, and estimated arrival.

Payment Methods
Letter of Credit (LC)
Preferred for new trading relationships. Provides security for both buyer and seller. Irrevocable LC at sight or with deferred payment.
Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
Available for established buyers with prior trading history. Typically 30% advance, 70% against BL copy.
Incoterms
FOB Port Said
Buyer arranges and pays for ocean freight. Berenex delivers cargo to vessel at Port Said. Most common for buyers with established freight relationships.
CIF Destination
Berenex arranges freight and insurance to your destination port. Single all-inclusive price. Available to major ports in India, GCC, Bangladesh, and Europe.
